The "plan providers" listed in this site have agreed to provide you with your health care coverage. You will get your routine or basic care from your PCP. Your PCP can also coordinate the rest of the covered services you need. In most cases, you must see your PCP to get a referral before you see any other health care providers. A referral circle is a group of specialists, inpatient facilities, providers and suppliers that are part of your PCP's contracting network. Members do not have access to the entire Tufts Medicare Preferred HMO Network. Referrals are limited to those specialists, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other providers and suppliers that are part of your Primary Care Physicians referral circle.
